Lure: Popping Frog
Rod: 7′ St. Croix Med Heavy
Reel: Curado 70
Line: Stren 17 lb. mono

Liz and I have possibly found our new favorite frog, the Terminator popping frog. We put it to the test and it exceeded our expectations as we caught countless bass with it. It has great walking and popping action, perfect color options, and sharp hooks. Expect to see more videos with this frog as its been added to the top of our tackle box!

Table Rock Fall Division Happening Now! Cape Fair USA Bassin Tournament #1

Our First Table Rock Fall division tournament for USA Bassin National Tournament Trails was at Cape Fair Marina, Saturday November 11th. It was a cold, crisp morning, but warmed into the mid 50’s by 1 pm. Two teams weighed 5 fish limits, with the biggest bag weighing almost 12 pounds, with big bass of 3.27 lbs. Come fish the next one, Sunday, December 10th, at Mill Creek Ramp. Earn national points and fish on to regional and championship week. Watch the video of the 6 fish I caught in 5 hours of the tournament. As the division director, I started late, about 9:20 and fished to 1:45 before I headed back to get ready for the 3 pm weigh in! Caught fish just no big ones.
